Melissa graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2010, and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2011. Melissa is admitted as a Lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. After practising in civil litigation and family law with firms in Sydney, Wollongong and Nowra, in 2015 she made the bold decision to start her own law firm practising solely in family law. Melissa is also a member of the NSW Young Lawyers Association and the Women Lawyers Association of NSW.

Alysha graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) in 2014. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2015 and was admitted as a Lawyer of NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. Prior to joining the team at MDV Family Lawyers, Alysha initially worked five years as an Electorate Officer for the State Member for Wollongong and following that practised civil litigation in Wollongong and Sydney, before focusing on her interests in Family Law and community engagement.
